I encountered several issues during my stay that left me frustrated. The check-in staff member felt less friendly than others I've seen, which was disappointing. I also faced unexpected valet charges that weren’t clearly explained despite my inquiries. Furthermore, I noticed pet hair on the mattress, which posed a significant health risk due to my severe allergies.

during my stay, I enjoyed easy walks to famous sites like the Lincoln Memorial, just over 2 km away, and the charming Dupont Circle, which was less than a kilometer from the hotel, making my city strolls incredibly convenient and enjoyable while I discovered the surrounding beauty.

The staff consistently went the extra mile, making me feel truly valued. Their warmth, especially during breakfast with personalized service, created a welcoming atmosphere every morning.

Sadly, the minibar was warm and offered overpriced items I couldn't use. Also, I found the pantry cupboard on top to be dusty, which was quite off-putting.

Good or Bad?

Incredible staff made my stay enjoyable with personal tips about the area. The location between Georgetown and GWU campus was a major plus for exploring on foot.

The breakfast options were limited and quite pricey. I wish the restaurant timings were more convenient for guests wanting late-night meals.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large glass shower and a double-sink vanity, which made our stay comfortable. However, the absence of traditional room service was disappointing, as the limited dining options didn't meet our expectations for a full-service hotel. Additionally, we faced some delays with the elevators during our stay.

my stay at the westin was fantastic! the staff, especially divina and erika, were super helpful and made me feel welcomed. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the dupont area. also, the westin workout fitness center had everything i needed for a great workout!

Having to pay extra for things like internet and a lack of laundromat facilities during a lengthy stay was inconvenient and disappointing.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The heavenly bed felt amazing after long days exploring. Bathroom was nice too, with a large soaking tub and shower combo. Minimal street noise was a plus, but the room design was a bit awkward with that column in the middle. Overall, pretty stylish and clean, but some room layouts could use a rethink.

my stay at westin was enjoyable. the location is ideal, just a short walk to the foggy bottom metro stop. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff, particularly divina and erika at the front desk, were exceptionally kind and helpful. plus, the westin workout fitness center was well-equipped for my needs.
